I totally had to think that out. I jumped to ‘stoned’ in the biblical sense of stoning someone to death. Just shows what I didn’t do enough (okay, fine, ANY) of in college.

Well people were thtoned for their thins in the bible.
(yes (sigh) back to the Thor lisp jokes. I’m nothing if not consistent)
Clearly the bakers were stoned too. The crackers are from “Red Oval Farms” but the crackers, themselves are tan and square.

A friend who ran our food co-op in the 80’s would always take orders for these by saying “Stoned Wheat Thins. Wonder how they get them this way?” I still say this every time I buy them.
