Players: 3-6
Equipment: One or two decks of cards, 4 dice per player.
Dice cups are useful, but not necessary.
To play: Each player receives an entire suit of cards (i.e. 13 cards ranked A-K) and four dice. The cards from 2-10 are "Bidding Cards", and the face cards (Jack, Queen and King) and Ace are "Reroll cards". All players roll one die to determine who goes first.
On each round, the starting player takes a Bidding Card from their hand and places it face up in front of him. Then, going clockwise around the table, the other players play Bidding Cards of different values than any of those previously played that round. If one or more people cannot play (because the only Bidding Cards remaining in their hands match those previously played), they sit out that turn, but the first player who cannot play, clockwise from the starting player, will lead the next round.
Once everyone has played, the player who played the highest Bidding Card starts his turn by rolling his dice. If the value of two of his dice add up to the value of his card, he takes those dice and places them on his Bidding Card. The player must use two dice to match his card. (i.e. a single 4 die will not match a 4 card, only a 1-3 or 2-2 combination will.) If he doesn't have two dice that equal his Bidding card, he takes both his Bidding Card and the top card from his personal discard pile into his hand, but the dice remain on the table.
Play then passes to the person who played the next highest Bidding Card, and so on until each player has taken a turn. Like the first person, players will roll their dice and try to find two dice that match the value of their card. Unlike the first player, though, subsequent players have an additional option available to them. They can take two of their own dice and match them to their card, or they can take one of their own dice and swipe a previously rolled die from a earlier player. Dice that have already been placed on Bidding Cards are exempt from theft, but the other dice on the table are fair game. A player may use one of his opponent's dice to make a match even if two of his own dice would suffice.
After everyone has taken a turn, players who were successful in matching their cards take the two matching dice off the Bidding Card and place the card on top of their personal discard pile. Players keep dice that were swiped from other players. It's best if all players take their dice out of the center of the table (or put them in their dice cups) to show that they are not yet available for use next round. Whoever played the lowest card leads the next round, unless any players were unable to play in the previous round.
At any point during the game, a player may use one of his Reroll Cards. If the Reroll Card is a Face card, the player may immediately reroll his own dice; if the Reroll card is an ace, the player may force another player who has already rolled their dice this round to reroll his remaining dice (but dice already on Bidding Cards are always exempt from rerolls). After used, Reroll cards are removed from the game; they do not go to personal discard piles.
When a player matches his last Bidding Card, he shows the other players that his remaining cards are Reroll Cards (if he has any) and is immediately declared the winner.
For a shorter Game: When a player is unsuccessful in matching
his Bidding card, he takes the top card from his discard pile into his
hand and puts his unmatched Bidding Card onto the personal discard pile
in it's place.
