He would take a step with his right foot, sharply strike the bottom of his shoe on the pavement twice, take a quick step with his left foot, and then repeat the process.<\/p>\n<p>I was pretty bummed when I realized what he was really doing, because at first I though he was doing a merry, impromptu jig.
