Okay, the 2004 Make-Yer-Own Oscar Pool Page is up and running. Sorry I got it out so soon before the awards this year, but, until yesterday, I didn’t realize they’d moved the ceremony all the way up to February.

Suggestion: set a “maxlength” to the input that takes the 10 digit number.
Also, the subject of this post says “poll” — don’t you mean “pool” ?
Oh, and for the checkboxes, you really aught to include [label] tags for all those checkboxes. I’ll shut up now.

Although I hate to criticise. Nice work.
We got a couple Oscars a couple weeks back. We didn’t put them in a pool though, we put them in a tank. Unfortunately, one of the Oscars bit the tail of the other one, killing it. :-(

TOTALLY UNRELATED TO THIS POST … but … Man, I just want to comment on the Feb. 13 “war on carbs” post. Freakin’ HILARIOUS! I laughed out loud and called my close-by cube dwellers over to check it out. It made our day. Especially since half our office is on carb high-alert.

The amount of information is lacking. Do I need to hang onto the emails for my pool, and tabulate them by hand at the end? Or will there be a mechanism to log in and see the final ‘score’?
